When Will I Receive My Refund or Credits?

If you return to a store and choose a refund, the associate will provide you with a Merchandise Credit (in card form) at the register. The Merchandise Credit does not expire and is eligible for in-store use (U.S. and Canada locations) or online shopping on(for shipments to U.S. only). We cannot process cash refunds for damaged or incorrect returns.

If you return to a store or return by mail and select Original Form of Payment or Credits, we will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive a refund and an email once your return has been fully processed. Credit refunds will be available once the return is completed and credit card refunds will appear on your statement 3-5 days afterwards depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to 14 days for return shipment and processing.

You can check the progress of any return by visiting and clicking the "Track Shipment" button on the upper right-hand corner of the return detail. Unfortunately return credit cannot be issued to an account until it is delivered to our facility and processed fully.
